Any modification or cancelation must be requested 72 hours previous to the beginning of the tour in order to avoid paying penalties. Remember you need to receive a confirmation email from us to make sure the cancellation or change was registered.
Pick up begins at the time scheduled in your voucher, depending on your hotel location it could take 5 to 20 minutes to pick you up. We recommend being ready at the time that appears in the voucher and please wait patiently.
Please take into consideration that Patagonia has an unstable weather. We suggest you can dress like an onion, with different layers of clothing, wear sunblock and sunglasses and a hat. In addition, it is important to use comfortable shoes and take with you in your backpack, an extra t-shirt and a pair of socks.
We ask you to read carefully what is included in your tour to make sure nothing gets in the way of an unforgettable day!
We suggest you set a couple of alarm clocks ahead of time to avoid this situation, for we cannot do nothing to help you about this. If you miss your tour would be consider a No Show and you will lose what you paid for.
If you have booked an excursion that includes lunch, and you have any alimentary restriction, please let us know the moment you book your tour, so we can offer you the right service.
Tours are not canceled based on the weather conditions, we suggest to be prepared for all types of weather.
The only excursion that needs the physical Passport or DNI (Argentinian ID) is the visit to Torres Del Paine, because you need to go through the border with Chile. For all other excursions, you could have a photo of your ID or Passport at your mobile and that would be enough.
In case you do not have the information of your hotel yet, in order to be able to book a tour, you could use the information of our office (Baft office) to fulfill the pickup blank.Once you do have your hotel, please notify us. (At least 48 hours previous to the excrusion)
