An unexpected issue came along and I can´t take the tour. When do I need to cancel or change my excursion?

Any modification or cancelation must be requested 72 hours previous to the beginning of the tour in order to avoid paying penalties. Remember you need to receive a confirmation email from us to make sure the cancellation or change was registered.

It has been 5 minutes since my time of pick up and they did not show up. What do I do?

Pick up begins at the time scheduled in your voucher, depending on your hotel location it could take 5 to 20 minutes to pick you up. We recommend being ready at the time that appears in the voucher and please wait patiently.

What should I bring to my excursion?

Please take into consideration that Patagonia has an unstable weather. We suggest you can dress like an onion, with different layers of clothing, wear sunblock and sunglasses and a hat. In addition, it is important to use comfortable shoes and take with you in your backpack, an extra t-shirt and a pair of socks.

Does the tour include lunch?

We ask you to read carefully what is included in your tour to make sure nothing gets in the way of an unforgettable day!

I fell asleep or did not take my tour by some reason. What can I do?

We suggest you set a couple of alarm clocks ahead of time to avoid this situation, for we cannot do nothing to help you about this. If you miss your tour would be consider a No Show and you will lose what you paid for.

I hired a tour with lunch included, but I have a special diet. Are there different options for lunch?

If you have booked an excursion that includes lunch, and you have any alimentary restriction, please let us know the moment you book your tour, so we can offer you the right service.

The weather is awful. Is the tour canceled?

Tours are not canceled based on the weather conditions, we suggest to be prepared for all types of weather.

Do I have to bring my Passport or ID to the excursion?

The only excursion that needs the physical Passport or DNI (Argentinian ID) is the visit to Torres Del Paine, because you need to go through the border with Chile. For all other excursions, you could have a photo of your ID or Passport at your mobile and that would be enough.

I want to book the tour but I do not have a hotel to stay in yet. What can I do?

In case you do not have the information of your hotel yet, in order to be able to book a tour, you could use the information of our office (Baft office) to fulfill the pickup blank.Once you do have your hotel, please notify us. (At least 48 hours previous to the excrusion)

How much is it the entrance to the National Park Los Glaciares?

You could check the fees at this site:https://ventaweb.apn.gob.ar/reserva/inicio?dp=05 Also, please remember the entrance fee is paid in cash, since sometimes the credit cards present issues. Other option is to pay for it online in advance.

I do not have a hotel yet. Can you suggest me one?

Hostel Nakel Yenu and Posada Larsen inn are part of our family. Both options guarantee you an amazing staying. To ask for availability you could do it in our web, at the services tab.

I booked my tour in the early morning but I did not get my confirmation voucher yet. What happened to my reservation?

We have an automatic confirmation, but please remember our working hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 hs. Do not worry, we will send you your voucher as soon as we open and you will soon have everything you need.

I do not have a PayPal account. How can I pay for my excursion?

You do not need an account to use PayPal for paying. The platform will take any credit card.

I live in Argentina and I want to pay in cash. How can I do that?

When you are about to book your tour you could choose the option Reserve and I will pay latter, when you do that we will send you a link for latter payment, where you will find more options. Please notice the reservation will only be confirmed once the payment is fulfilled.
